Warranty Returns

If your ordered product proves to be faulty, please contact us about a warranty claim via custservice@arlec.com.au with a description and photos of the issue.

Mill is committed to honouring its obligations of law and providing you with an appropriate remedy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

You are entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
